True North Psychology, PC is a growing practice in San Jose, CA dedicated to helping people who are feeling stuck and long to be living the life they want. We are looking for clinicians who are committed to inclusivity and excellence who want to belong to a supportive community. If some aspects of private practice are attractive to you but you don’t want to go it alone or deal with the administrative aspects of owning a business, True North Psychology, PC can be a supportive environment to build your ideal practice. 

 

This position will start as a part time position, with the opportunity to grow into a full time role as your caseload builds. Clinicians at True North Psychology are expected to be available for at least 10 client sessions per week in addition to participating in networking and other marketing endeavors (with support and coaching from the Owner) to bring in new clients. Experience with or interest in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy is preferred, but not required. 

 

This position is an employee position (not a 1099 contractor). Compensation is based on an hourly rate for all hours worked plus a commission paid bi-weekly.
